Connected services problem


I picked up my Zoe yesterday and the car is fine.

The dealer gave me a sheet with the VIN and connected services activation code but when I try to use it the web site returns an error. Double, double checked the VIN against handbook but still no joy. Anyone else experience this as an issue?


I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
