I was looking at the Fluence for sale at £7,400 at Manchester Renault on Autotrader and one of the pictures was of their finance deal.
over 37 months
And a GFV at that time of £1,000!
Not sure how I feel about that. It's honest and truthful of the dealers, but £1,000 for a 5 year old car that cost £18,000 new (ok £22k but let's not go there).
I've just had a trade in value on my 80,000 mile 4.5 year old latest shape base model Prius of £6,800! The car also cost £18,000 new, has the same benefits as the Fluence - free car tax, less than £70 pm for 'fuel'.
Renault are taking one heck of a hit on these Fluences. £1,000 for a large saloon car at 5 years old.
