Type 1 to type 2 lead

Just a question regarding the use of the lead really, ive used the lead on type 2 charge station with the connector but the other day i was at a services in my petrol car, i noticed a Ecostricity charge station but it only supported type 2 upwards with a built in lead, my question is this does my lead connect to type 2 lead on Ecostricity charge station ?

Never gone far enough to a service in my fluence x

No - it is type 2, but the gender is wrong also. You will find chargers with captive leads are Rapid chargepoints and the Fluence cannot use them (however the Zoe can). Ecotricity points at Service Station (unless the old style with a Type 2 socket on the side) you cannot make use of them.

Yes, this is what I found as well. Quite right. Bummer.
