Reading and clearing errors

I've got the infamous 'Electrical fault - Danger!' error
Followed up by battery can't be charged and check cruise control.

When I read out DTC with the CanZE app I see that Battery Connection Box is status 'failed since clear'.

Unfortunately the app can't clear the error, probably due to me not knowing how to get the car into service mode.
1 Does anyone know how to enable service mode on a Fluence?
2 Does anyone know of other OBDII apps that can read and clear errors on a Fluence?

Hoping for inspiration

To save others the hasstle: These apps does not appear to be able to read out errors form a Fluence:

Torque lite
OBD Car Doctor free
Smart Control Free
EOBD Facile
Carista
DashCommand
Piston
ScanMaster
Bluedriver
OBDLink

I'll keep trying a while

RE: Reading and clearing errors

IF it is THE fault that several owners experienced, then it's no use to clear it at all. If will return cause there is a loss of isolation from the motor brushes to chassis potential - which needs to be fixed.

You can try to dry out the motor as well as possible (worked for me), then it may reset so you can give it a full charge at least. Then you should see the dealer and have him checked the car, and possibly exchanged the motor under warranty.

Regards,
Beat

P.S.: Your Mileage is typical for THE fault.
