PEC replaced, drives like a milk float past 40mph
After an electric motor failure warning and non starting our Zoe has been at the garage for 4 weeks.
The dealer took a while diagnosing the fault, And the PEC unit was replaced on the motor.
I collected the repaired car yesterday and at first all was well until I tried to progress past 40mph at this point the power dipped away. 70mph was virtual unobtainable.
I went for a drive today along a dual carriage way with plenty of hills. With the car set to 60mph on cruise control every time a hill was climbed the car just slowed. If the accelerator was held to the floor the car just managed 60mph.
Previous to the fault the Zoe was very easy to drive and practical to keep up with modern traffic (10mile commute along the A1)
I was just wondering if any one had a similar experience after this sort of repair?
