ZOE battery thermal management system?

Does anyone have specific information or helpful website links on how the ZOE manages heat to prevent damage to the battery and range degradation?

The Chevrolet Volt / Opel Ampera as well as the Fisker Karma feature an active cooling management system whereby cooling plates are integrated throughout the battery. This prevents the battery from ever reaching temperatures which will harm battery capacity. The Volt / Ampera system will cool the battery even when the car is off!

The Nissan Leaf does not offer heat management, and as a result some Leaf owners in hotter climates (such as Arizona) have experienced alarmingly fast range degradation.

Detailed information on the Nissan Leaf battery:

How similar is the ZOE's system to the Leaf's system?

According to this source, the battery packs are not the same:

I think it's too early for really detailed specs that are not under a NDA.
