large price differences in Europe

Dear zoe admirers

Can any of you tell why there are such large price differences of zoe in different countries in england cost of the cheapest without VAT 14,113 Euro in Denmark 16,988 Euro in Germany 16,917 Euro and the cheapest place is France 11,304 euros, all prices are exclusive of each country VAT there is different, but overall it is a price difference from cheapest to most expensive at Euro 5684 this is a very big price difference. Are there anyone who can explain this difference?, And are there someone who know about if you are a European citizen can buy the car in France and what to do with the rental of the battery, I've tried to write to a French dealer in Paris but still no response

The French government offers a 7000 euro rebate on the Zoe. The UK has a 25% plug in car grant up to a maximum of 5000. From what I've read, Germany does not offer any government support.
